Westporter Told to Stay Away from Restaurant, Returns, Gets Busted: Cops

He was charged with trespassing.

Westport, CT - A 37-year-old Westport man, told to stay away from the restaurant 323 on Main Street, ignored the order and was promptly arrested on June 6, according to police.

Adam Faillace and the owners of restaurant are in the midst of a dispute, and they called police on June 4 when he was asked to leave. 

"Faillace was advised that he is not allowed on the property, and if he returned, he would be arrested for Criminal Trespass," said police in a statement.

But on June 6, Faillance returned, "claiming he had a right to be there," according to police. 

He was taken into custody and charged with 1st Degree Criminal Trespass.
