Last night was one of the monthly Over 40 Females networking events. This event was at the beautiful Positano Ristorante on the beach in Westport. Close to 50 women, and a few men, gathered to sample delicious food, enjoy great wine and hear the guest speaker, health and happiness coach, author and neourscience expert, Dr. Leonaura Rhodes. Her fascinating topic was "How to Be 100% Happy".
"Over 40 Females™ hosts monthly networking events for women over the age of 40, providing a platform for every woman to stand up and be heard at every event and also offering personal online profiles for promotion, blog features, social media, messaging other members and more. The live events and online networking are designed to help women over the age of 40 with personal and professional advancement in order to enhance their lives and careers while also affording them the opportunity to “Connect, Encourage and Inspire” with like-minded women nationwide.
The next Over 40 Females event will feature special guest speaker Marcia Clark, yes, THAT Marcia Clark. June 18th from 6:00-8:00pm
