William Pitt Sotheby's Names New Westport Brokerage Manager

WESTPORT, CT — William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty has announced Colleen Kasper as the new brokerage manager for the firm's Westport office.

According to a news release, Kasper brings nearly 25 years of real estate sales and managerial experience to the position.

Known as a dynamic and high-energy sales leader, Kasper spent 18 years managing the e-commerce division of William Raveis Real Estate, according to the firm. Her tenure there also included roles as director of operations and senior move consultant.

Most recently, Kasper worked as sales manager for the Branford and Stratford brokerages of Century 21 AllPoints.

"Colleen Kasper has a broad and unique skill set that includes a passion for managing a team and helping everyone achieve their best," William Pitt Sotheby's CEO Paul Breunich said in a news release. "Colleen is a confident leader who likes to win. She also offers extensive technology skills that will be a huge asset for our Westport agents. I look forward to the continued success of our Westport brokerage under her guidance as well as the deep knowledge and experience she will bring to our leadership team."

As a multiple honoree of Raveis's Outstanding Leadership, Outstanding Achievement and Outstanding Service awards, Kasper plans to bring her collaborative, coaching-based approach to the sales associates of the Westport brokerage, according to the firm.

"My goal is to really help support the agents, help them grow their businesses and be a part of this community," Kasper said in a news release. A longtime Milford resident and travel, yoga and beach enthusiast, Kasper is also a mother to two adult children who help her maintain her strong passion for the real estate industry.
