WETHERSFIELD, CT — Sally's Apizza is adding brunch to the menu at its Wethersfield location later this month, bringing weekend dishes, cocktails and its signature pizzas to the table.
Brunch service will begin Saturday, Aug. 22, and will be available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays, according to the restaurant.
The Wethersfield brunch menu will be identical to the menu introduced at Sally's Stamford location in June.
Sally's Apizza is located at 1178 Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield.
Among the offerings will be a Potato Rosemary Frittata inspired by Sally's Potato & Rosemary pizza.
Another dish, Tiramisu French Toast, features house-made focaccia soaked in espresso custard and topped with a scoop of tiramisu and cocoa powder.
A selection of items from the regular lunch menu will also be available during brunch, including starters and all of Sally's pizzas.
The brunch beverage menu will include spritzes and drinks featuring Champagne, Prosecco and rosé, along with nonalcoholic options.
Those include a Hibiscus Mar-tea-ni made with a nonalcoholic gin alternative, hibiscus tea, lemongrass and lemon juice, as well as a Garden Gimlet featuring Seedlip Garden, basil simple syrup and lime.
Reservations are encouraged.
Sally's also plans to introduce brunch at its Farmington location later this year, though a specific launch date has not been announced.
