Saturday, September 5, presents the season's penultimate opportunity to attend Martha Smart's renown Ancient Burying Ground Tour. Meet Martha at the red barn beside First Church’s parking lot and learn about the history of those buried in the Ancient Burying Ground and Village Cemetery, the final resting place for Wethersfield residents for over 300 years.
A suggested donation of $10 (cash or check payable to Wethersfield Historical Society) is requested from non-members. Members receive free admission. This tour may be cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather. Pre-registration is not required.
