Law Enforcement Officers to host Tip-A-Cop at area Dunkin' Donuts
Fundraiser on August 17th will benefit Special Olympics Connecticut

Law enforcement officers are once again teaming up with their local Dunkin' Donuts as part of their annual Tip-A-Cop event to raise awareness and funds for Special Olympics Connecticut. On Friday, August 17, Connecticut law enforcement representatives will visit their local Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. to collect donations from guests. Special Olympics athletes, coaches, and their families will also be in attendance during these hours at select locations.
Members of the community are invited to attend the events at their local Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants to support the officers, meet Special Olympics athletes, and make donations to Special Olympics Connecticut. The following towns will be hosting Tip-A-Cop events at their local Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant. Last year, this event raised over $18,000 for Special Olympics Connecticut, and Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees are excited to top that. "Dunkin' Donuts is thrilled to support Special Olympics Connecticut through this wonderful event," said John Coughlin, Dunkin' Donuts Franchisee. "Teaming up with local law enforcement, who do so much for our community, is so rewarding and fun for us. We're looking forward to making this the most successful Tip-A-Cop event yet."
