• 1 Sent to Hospital After Jet Ski Collides With Kayak: Officials (patch.com) — Wethersfield emergency crews responded Friday night after a kayaker was injured in a reported hit-and-run collision with a jet ski on the Connecticut River near Putnam Park. Wethersfield Fire Department's Marine 16 brought help, and the victim was taken to a local hospital while police turned the investigation over to state environmental authorities.
