WETHERSFIELD — The planning and zoning commission this week voted 6-3 to approve a revised plan for a three-story apartment building on Ridge Road, despite lingering opposition from some neighbors, the Hartford Courant reported.
The commission rejected Ridge Road Development Group LLC's original proposal 5-4 in December.
The developer, Ridge Road Development, reduced the number of apartments from 70 to 64, decreasing the building's size by at least 10,000 square feet and increased buffers and plantings to better screen the proposed building at 291 Ridge Road from neighbors, according to the story.
