• 'Restrained and Appropriately Scaled:' ARB/VDDAC Favors Two Small Townhouse Projects for Wilton Center (goodmorningwilton.com) — Two townhouse developments totaling 14 units are moving forward in Wilton Center after winning unanimous support from the town's Architectural Review Board and Village District Design Advisory Committee. One project at 255 Danbury Rd. was scaled back to nine larger units, while a five-unit Old Ridgefield Rd. plan adds a pocket park and stronger pedestrian connections, offering an early test of Wilton Center's housing and design goals.
