📰 News we're reading

• Wilton Sewer Projections Exceed Limit as Kimco Seeks Capacity (goodmorningwilton.com) — Wilton officials report that projected sewer demand has now reached the town's contractual limit with Norwalk, putting new development — including Kimco's 225-apartment proposal in Wilton Center — under intense scrutiny. The WPCA approved a court-ordered sewer allocation for a 70-unit Cannondale project, delayed a decision on Kimco's request, and is pursuing system repairs along major routes to protect capacity and minimize traffic disruption.
