504 Plans Up, PPTs Down in Wilton Schools

There has been a double digit drop in the number of students with classified learning disabilities.

WILTON, CT — The number of students classified with learning disabilities has been reduced from 218 in 2015-2016 to 190 in 2016-2017.

As of May 8 a total of 585 students were classified as having some sort of disability, according to the Wilton Bulletin.

There were 12 more students with 504 Accommodation Plans this past year, which brings the number to 253 for the school system.
