On Wednesday November 14th, the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Connecticut presented Wilton based Cannondale Building & Design with HOBI Awards for Outstanding Residential Remodel $100,000-250,000 and Best Remodeled Kitchen. A panel of four remodeling industry judges pointed to the value Cannondale was able to offer their clients by providing superior craftsmanship at a reasonable cost.
In New Fairfield, the firm renovated and updated a 5,500 square foot 1970’s contemporary home, replacing the roof, mahogany deck and plumbing fixtures, replacing or repairing the expansive Andersen windows, trim and interior finishes, and installing a new back up generator and alarm system for a project cost of $189,000.
Cannondale was honored with a second HOBI Award for a home in Redding in which they demolished an existing kitchen and installed a new one with leather granite counters, raised panel cabinetry and a hall pantry and bake center for under $100,000.
