ASML in Wilton Lays Plans for Growth

The company is hoping to follow the new 700-space parking garage with more than 45,000 square feet of work space.

WILTON, CT -- The chipping and hammering at 77 Danbury Road has ceased as of July 13, as Jones Lang LaSalle completed the first phase of of the new parking garage being built on the ASML property.

The company is hoping to follow the new 700-space parking garage with more than 45,000 square feet of work space across three floors that will involve 500 new jobs.

The facility designs, fabricates and tests complex assemblies for lithography systems manufactured by the Netherlands-based ASML. Formerly Perkin-Elmer and Silicon Valley Group, the Wilton facility was acquired by ASML in 2001, and today employs more than 800 people.
