Bankwell in Wilton presents Free Lunchtime Seminar November 16th: Finding Balance: Mothering Teens and Yourself
Bankwell in Wilton will host a free seminar on Wednesday, November 16th from 12-1pm themed, "Finding Balance: Mothering Teens and Yourself

As part of an ongoing effort to provide value to the community, Bankwell in Wilton will host a free seminar on Wednesday, November 16th from 12-1:00pm at the bank’s 47 Old Ridgefield Road branch, themed, “Finding Balance: Mothering Teens and Yourself.” The seminar will be presented by Counselor and Prevention Specialist and Ram Council Foundation President Joyce Sixsmith and a light lunch will be served.
Ms. Sixsmith will provide an encouraging discussion on effectively parenting teens, and the program will span topics of interest such as physical and emotional health, home life, finances, job and relationship satisfaction, exercise, social life, parenting issues and more. Ms. Sixsmith will also share tools for change and provide resource packets.
