Bartender Cuts Off Intoxicated Patron Before Man is Later Charged With DUI

A bartender at Cactus Rose in Wilton Center refused to serve a heavily intoxicated Ohio man who was later chaged with DUI, according to the Wilton Bulletin.

David Latshaw, 22, of 6170 Wigeon Court Circle, Dublin, Ohio, left the bar on July 1 and attempted to move his car into a different parking space, crashing into a Subaru Forester and a handicap sign post, police said.

He failed a field sobriety test and refused a breathalyzer test and was arrested for DUI.
