Don't tell Wilton Developer Salvatore Campofranco how bad the commercial real estate market is. You'll be wasting your breath.

During what has been one of the most difficult real estate markets in recent memory, Campofranco spent $3 million renovating his 92,000 square-foot office complex at 372 Danbury Road the Connecticut Post reports.

And despite the tough market, Campofranco already has in excess of 60 percent of the building leased, between previous tenants and new businesses.
