CtSelectHomes.com: Average Home Sale Prices Fall in Wilton

According to data displayed on Connecticut Select Homes' Web site, average home sale prices fell between the third and fourth quarters of 2009 to close out the year.

In Wilton, the average sale price was $794,379 for Q4, down from $1,047,556 in the third quarter, while total listings sold dipped from 32 to 29.

Ctselecthomes.com wrote that, "inventories dwindled in all towns, which is encouraging however many sellers pull their homes off the market for the holidays."

The median home price of houses on the market in Wilton, however, increased from Q3's $1,231,048 to $1,245,79 in the fourth quarter.
