Darien Real Estate Market On the Move Despite Cold

Darien’s residential real estate market was on the move in the week ending today despite the Siberian Express gripping the region.

Results, according the Darien MLS, were:

-- Seven new listings of property for sale;

-- Four price changes;

-- Four accepted offers;

-- Two properties going under contract and

-- One closing.
