Developers Propose Shopping Center Across from Church
The proposal includes five apartment units as well.
WILTON, CT -- Developer TBS Partners LLC is seeking to convert three small Design Retail Business (DRB) parcels on Danbury Road into a shopping center with apartments on the second floor, The Wilton Bulletin is reporting.
The properties -- 255, 261 and 265 Danbury Road, totaling about 1.5 acres -- are across from the Wilton Baptist Church.
The developer presented the proposal to the Planning, and Zoning Commission on July 9.
