Don't Panic: Wilton PD Conducts Firearms Training Outside Friday

If you hear gun shots during the day on Friday, don't panic — it's likely just the police.

WILTON, CT — If you hear gun shots during the day on Friday, don't panic — it's likely just the police.

The Wilton Police Department will be conducting firearms training on Jan. 15 at their outdoor firearms range. The range is located in the area of town's transfer station off of Mather Street.

"Residents should be aware that they may hear gunfire at the range during the daytime hours between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.," Lt. Robert Kluk said.
