A local Parenting Social Network (No Drama Mammas & Pappas of CT) is having a special visit to Candy Land created for the children ages 2 to 5 years old. They partnered with the owners of The Candy Bin, who agreed to take on the challenge of bringing the game to life with fun games, decorations and YUMMY goodies for the families.
20 lucky Members Families of the private social group were able to secure a seat from 2 to 3PM for a private get together of fun! The doors then open at 3PM to welcome any families who wish to participate and meet the owners of The Candy Bin directly .
- Members of the group pay a cover fee of $10/per Family.
- Non-Members of the group pay a fee of $15/per Family.
Children will enjoy fun music and games, cookie decorating, chocolate fountain pretzel making and a skavanger hunt where every child will be a winner! Children will be able to pick a cake pop off of the "Lollipop tree". The promotional event was designed by NDMP to give the families a glimpse into the party experience offered by the Candy Bin, which recently opened this summer in Wilton!

Participants will also have a chance to win a Candy Land™ prize pack by simply signing up to add themselves to the highly anticipated publication, Our Playground Chronicles™, which releases in September 2012. OPC™ is a NDMP sponsored monthly publication (in print and on-line) that is 100% authored by Parents for Parents! The contest is open to ANY participant of today's event and sign up sheets will be available at The Candy Bin throughout the week of the 27th. About NDMP, Inc: NDMP is an organization that was founded in 2010. It initially started in CT and was recently launched in NY, soon other states and the UK. The group promotes making the most of the time you have with your children, giving back to the community, and though they cannot promise you a "no drama" experience they will promise you events like THESE that help us to escape the day to day dramas we have to deal with! Stressful jobs, emails, PDAs, Personal issues we all deal with, and insane boss, anything and everything that stressful is pushed aside and parents are encouraged to take 30 to 60 min during these special events and simply concentrate on making memories! The group held about 300 unique events in 2000. Not a mommy group, NDMP is a family ("all inclusive") network that also hosts a huge number of activities that stem from Fairfield county to surrounding areas. "Parents have many wonderful resources that give s a huge number of 'things going on' , but realistically we want to know why we should go to them! We provide families with events that are not just informational but have also been vetted by the families and rated/reviewed so families know these are events worth attending each year!" says Zagarino, who is the founder of NDMP, Inc. "We design many of these unique events to bring together Family, Local Businesses and Community. It is up to us to strengthen and educate each other about what the community has to offer.
