'Seasonal Cooking: Thanksgiving Sides' at Ambler

hosts "Seasonal Cooking: Thanksgiving Sides" with Maria Pelizzari, owner of Fork, Knife, Spoon Cooking, 7-9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16.

Participants will learn to create:

  • Herbed sausage bread stuffing
  • Mashed Potatoes with Leeks
  • Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts
  • Mashed Turnips with Crispy Shallots

The workshop is for adults only. The cost for non-members is $75; 2011 members are $65.

All 2010 memberships expired Sept. 30. The member price for programs beginning in October, including this course, applies for 2011 members only.
