Participants will learn to create:
- Herbed sausage bread stuffing
- Mashed Potatoes with Leeks
- Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- Mashed Turnips with Crispy Shallots
The workshop is for adults only. The cost for non-members is $75; 2011 members are $65.
All 2010 memberships expired Sept. 30. The member price for programs beginning in October, including this course, applies for 2011 members only.
