Five Stylists at the Steven Mancini Salon
The Steven Mancini Salon has been in Wilton for a little over four years. Here are five Patch Picks for stylists and colorists at the salon.

- Melvyn Ainger has a unique approach to hairstyling. “He treats the head like a mathematical equation,” explained Steven Mancini Salon Director of Business Development Kathy Trister. Ainger has a very Zen approach to styling and has worked in the past for Vidal Sassoon.
- Planning your wedding? Don’t forget about your hair! Coco Perez, who has been doing hair for more than twenty years, is a colorist and stylist but specializes in updos.
- If you are considering a drastic color change but a bit trepidacious about taking the plunge Kelly Jean Clark is your colorist. “She takes a no frills honest approach, and will say it like it is,” said Trister. Clark is a corporate refugee who gravitated to the salon industry ten years ago to use her creativity to enhance her clients’ beauty.

- High school reunion quickly approaching? Of course, you want to drop a whole class full of jaws when you walk in. “Peter Holloway is an amazing blow drier,” said Trister. “He is a legend in blow drying.”
- Is Monday the only day you have to get to the salon? Colorist Cameron DeVingo works Mondays at the salon. “She doesn’t even need a formula to go by,” said Trister. “She knows just what color to do.”
