Former Wilton Custodian Charged Four Years After Allegedly Threatening Co-Worker: Report

Police say the arrest stems from an incident in 2013.

WILTON, CT — A former custodian accused of allegedly threatening and harrassing a former co-worker four years ago was arrested in Wilton last week, reports the Daily Voice.

Juan Velez, 41, of Union City, NJ, is accused of allegedly harassing and threatening a co-worker in 2013. Police say Velez was not a school employee at the time.

Velez was charged with threatening in the second degree and harassment in the second degree. He was released on $2,000 bond and is due to appear in court Friday.
