Free Radon Test Kits Now Available For Wilton Residents

The state and town Public Health Departments have partnered to distribute free radon test kits in Wilton. Here's where to pick up yours.

WILTON, CT — The Wilton Health Department has partnered with the Connecticut State Department of Public Health to offer free radon test kits to Wilton residences.

The kits will be available through March 31, and will include postage-paid envelopes for shipping test samples back to the laboratory. Kits can be obtained at the Health Department, located in the Annex Building at 238 Danbury Road, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Wilton Health Department will also be holding a radon informational event on Jan. 12, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Annex Building.
