Rounding out the batch, 6 New Street Extension sold Sept. 1 for $726,000. The three-bedroom, two-bath home offers just 1,333 square feet on a 1.55-acre lot, at $544.64 per square foot — the smallest home in the batch, but the second-highest per-square-foot price.
What this says about the Wilton market: The two smallest homes in this batch, the Glen View condo and the New Street Extension cottage, both commanded well over $500 per square foot, while the larger colonials on Kent Road and Blue Ridge Road landed under $400 — in this stretch, Wilton's smaller properties carried the steeper per-square-foot price tag.
