Honey Tree Preschool Adds Handwriting Without Tears

Honey Tree Preschool is adding Handwriting Without Tears to its curriculum in a continued effort to provide exceptional learning experiences for their students now and in the future.

Handwriting Without Tears reflects their commitment to provide interesting, challenging and unique opportunities for students to experience and explore at their own pace while their teachers provide guidance and support. While much of the material teaches handwriting, the program is perfectly in line with Honey Tree’s beliefs. Handwriting Without Tears teaches the whole child introducing lessons that encourage Readiness and Writing, Language and Literacy, Numbers and Math as well as Social and Emotional growth.

Handwriting Without Tears’ success is based on providing multisensory instruction reflecting the different ways each child absorbs information. The materials coordinate with visual, tactile, auditory and kinesthetic to help learn easier, happier ways to learn to write both at school and at home.

This learning program will be introduced as early as 24 months to the Toddler 2, Preschool and PreK classes. The earlier we begin the program, the better prepared the children will be for elementary school.

This program is already being used in Monroe, Darien and other elementary schools in Connecticut with outstanding results. We hope you are as excited as we are.
