Wilton Library, in partnership with Wilton Go Green, is excited to present “Take Charge of Your Electricity,” featuring Dr. Christina Lampe-Onnerud, a Wilton resident and internationally recognized changemaker and leader in battery energy storage and sustainable technology. The event will take place at the Wilton Library’s Brubeck Room on Wednesday, September 18, at 6:30 p.m.

The Founder and CEO of Danbury-based Cadenza Innovation, Dr. Lampe-Onnerud will explore how residential battery energy storage systems can revolutionize residential energy management. In this informative and inspiring talk, she will discuss opportunities for homeowner financial savings, increased stability of the utility electrical grid and crucial environmental benefits of sustainable energy storage that help mitigate climate change.
With her extensive background as a serial entrepreneur, former member of the senior leadership team at Bridgewater Associates, and prior chair for the World Economic Forum Future Council on Energy, Dr. Lampe-Onnerud brings a wealth of knowledge about how emerging energy technologies and systems can shape a greener, more economically and environmentally sustainable future.
