Local Artist To Be Featured at Newtown Arts Festival

Local artist Emmy Starr Designs will be a featured seller at the September 17 and 18 Arts Festival in Newtown, Connecticut, as part of the juried artist market. She joins artists and artisans from throughout New England who demonstrate works of high quality and interest. Starr's specialty is simple but elegant jewelry designs made with classic sterling silver and timeless gemstones

The fifth annual Newtown Art's Festival, which includes many local concerts and performances during the month of September, culminates with the September 17-18 outdoor event with 75 artisans and food booths, live music, arts activities, dance performances, puppetry, graffiti art, and a wine and beer garden.
