Do you want to live a more engaged and balanced life? There is a way of being and doing that allows you to live life more fully through the practice of mindfulness. Mindfulness is a human quality, a way of learning to pay wise attention to what is happening in the present moment, with non-judgmental awareness.
FREE Introduction to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 4/6/15: 6:30-8:30pm

8-week program Mondays: 4/20-6/15/15, 6:30-9pm.

MBSR is an evidence-based, structured complementary medicine and wellness program that uses mindfulness meditation as a way of learning to tap into your inner resources, empowering you to respond rather than react to stress, pain and illness.

Teachers:
Sheila Wall has her Masters of Social Work from NYU and completed the professional MBSR Practicum, MBSR in Mind-Body Medicine and Teacher Development Intensive through the Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School. Sheila is a Mindfulness Coach/Trainer and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has practiced yoga and meditation since 1975.
Carol Shear is a Registered Nurse and Integrative Health Coach, certified by the International Coaching Federation. She completed her professional health coach training at Duke University, Integrative Medicine and MBSR Practicum training as well as MBSR in Mind-Body Medicine through the Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School.
