Mommy and Family Craft Fair September 27

Fairfield County Moms Blog (www.fairfieldcountymomsblog.com) hosts their first annual Mommy and Family Craft Fair! This family-friendly event will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2014 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at Edmond Town Hall, 45 Main Street, Newtown, CT. Join the Fairfield County Moms Blog team and over thirty local vendors who make products local families will love. Admission is just $5.00 per family, with a percentage of proceeds going to the Danbury Women’s Center (http://www.wcogd.org/).Vendor items include hand-sewn burp cloths, baby blankets, nursing covers, Boppy covers, bibs, diaper mats, hand-sewn toys, boys’ ties and bow ties, hair bows and barrettes, tooth fairy pillows, laser-cut jewelry, onesies and toddler t-shirts, baby memory books, photo memory books, birthday chalkboards, handmade greeting cards, favor tags and favor bags, handmade cosmetics and wellness products, handmade jewelry, infant/toddler knitwear, wine glass charms, body scrubs and soaps, handcrafted birdhouses, wooden toys, Christmas ornaments, and much much more!
Need to keep the kiddos occupied while you shop? We’ve got you covered! Mike from Mike’s Acoustic Children’s Parties (https://www.facebook.com/MikesAcousticChildrensParties) will be performing toddler tunes and kid favorites throughout the day using a variety of musical instruments. Kids will love dancing to Mike’s melodies! When they need to rest their dancing feet, they can head over to a special craft table just for kids. There will also be snacks for purchase for kids and adults in case you work up an appetite while you’re shopping.
