St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Wilton Presents 'Music on the Hill' Ringers and Singers

The Jubilate Ringers and Festival Chorus in a Festive Christmas Concert

Music on the Hill presents a traditional Christmas concert of the Jubilate Ringers and Festival Chorus, joined by clarinetist Malcolm Dickinson, on Friday, Dec. 12, at 7:30 p.m. at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Wilton, 36 New Canaan Road.

The ringers will premiere a Christmas suite of German carols arranged for handbells by Artistic Director Ellen Dickinson, who will conduct.

The Festival Chorus performs selections from the Saint-Saëns Christmas Oratorio as well as traditional carols, both familiar and lesser-known, with Artistic Director David H. Connell conducting.

Pipe organ, clarinet, saxophone, and carols sung with the audience complete this richly-textured “Sounds of the Season” celebration.

Tickets are $20 at the door; children, free.
