People in three communities need to question the actions of their Police Force: Police in 3 towns released a naked man.July 2, 2019 - AM- Seen in Branchville, Ridgefield wandering dazed, twice, July 2, 2019 - PM- In custody of Redding Police, July 3, 2019 - 6:30 AM- Naked Man Invaded G&B Cultural Center - Wilton Police was called, July 4, 2019 - Noon- Man banging on front & back doors in Georgetown residential neighborhood Please explain... We care for the homeless/sick dogs & cats, etc., yet three departments released an unstable, naked with a past violent record back into three different communities, harassing a number of people a banging on front & back doors of the residents, unaware that man was unstable and violent. Published in the Wilton Patch Redding Police Chief Mark O'Donnell was quoted, "He just decided to take his clothes off and run around on Route 7".
