New Addiction Treatment Center Coming to Wilton

It is opeing an additional location in Wilton. They are opening an Outpatient Services center in Wilton in March. The Outpatient Services center is called Mountainside Wilton and will be located at 372 Danbury Road, Wilton, CT.

The Mountainside Treatment Center has signed a ten-year lease on 5,000 square feet of build- to -suit medical space at 372 Danbury Road in Wilton. The transaction was brokered by Sheila Garrett of Coldwell Banker Commercial, The Febbraio Group, Fairfield, Conn. Felix Charney of Summit Development is one of the owners of 372 Danbury Road.

The building is located directly across from the Wilton schools and athletic fields. Says Garrett, ”The property features a completely new exterior, entrances and lobby with abundant parking.”

Garett has been a broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial, The Febbraio Group for the past three years. Prior to that she was assistant Marketing Director for the Vanderblue Team of The Higgins Group, Fairfield Connecticut.
