In an effort to reduce traffic, improve air quality, and fund better public transit, the Manhattan Transit Authority will be instituting a toll for those traveling by car into Manhattan south of 60th Street, beginning January 5th. To prepare travelers for this change, the MTA is hosting two webinars on January 2nd and 5th that will explain how the new Congestion Relief Zone tolls will work, what discounts and exemptions may exist, and where to find more resources. These hour-long webinars will include a question and answer period following the brief presentation.
