Police Charge Man with DUI and Forgery
The suspect refused a breath test after failing a field sobriety test.

WILTON, CT — Police charged a Norwalk man with driving under the influence of alcohol
About ten minutes before 2:00 a.m. on Monday, Wilton police stopped to investigate a disabled motor vehicle in the area of Danbury Road and Seeley Road, southbound. Officers determined that the driver, Wilmer Felix Ajila-Aguilar, 47, of Clinton Avenue in Norwalk, may have been under the influence of alcohol. The driver was given a field sobriety test, which he failed, and refused a breath test. The driver also provided fradulent identification and lacked a valid driver's license.
Felix Ajila-Aguilar was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence, Third Degree; Operating a Morot Vehicle Withou a License; and orgery, Third Degree. He posted a $500 bond and is scheduled at the Norwalk Court on Nov. 13.
