Rollover Crash in Wilton Results in Injuries

A driver was cited for failing to grant right of way while making a turn.

WILTON, CT — A rollover crash in Wilton May 9 closed Route 33 briefly and led to injuries.

A 92-year-old Wilton man was making a left turn onto Ridgefield Road from Millstone Road when a Jeep Wrangler smashed into the driver side of his Honda CRV. The CRV rolled over, police said.

The 92-year-old man and a 88-year-old woman were extricated from the Honda and transported ot the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
