Tickets For Wilton Library’s 'Spring Escape' Fundraiser Now On Sale
"Spring Escape" guests will take a journey around the world and visit exotic destinations and vacation spots through food, drink and culture

Wilton Library is pleased to announce that tickets will go on sale starting on Monday, February 26 for its Spring Escape Fundraiser, to be held on Saturday, April 6 from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the library. At the event, guests will take a journey around the world and visit exotic destinations and vacation spots through gourmet food, imaginative cocktails, and cultural adventures.

“We are delighted to host our Spring Escape Fundraiser, bringing an international theme to the library in a creative party setting, with passed hors d’oeuvres and specialty drinks. If you enjoy travel, imagination, and our library community, this event is for you,” said Caroline Mandler, Executive Director of Wilton Library. “This party is a great opportunity to gather your friends for a fun night out in Wilton. All proceeds from this event will directly support our incredible collections, programs, and services that benefit our entire community,”

We truly enjoy seeing our friends, supporters, and new Wilton residents at these special events,” said Jennifer Longmire, WLA Trustee and Development Committee Chair. “Betsy Huffman, our talented Decorating Chair, is doing an incredible job designing creative backdrops and decorations that really bring our travel theme to life. As guests travel through the library’s open spaces at the event, they will be transported across the USA to Hawaii, down to Mexico and South America, around European hotspots, and farther afield to Asia and Africa. Wilton Library’s passport to adventure includes international cuisine and cocktails unique to each destination, open bar, a silent auction of specially curated items, a special drawing, international wine pull, 360°photo booth, and more.
Tickets for the Spring Escape fundraiser are now on sale on the library’s website at www.wiltonlibrary.org or by contacting Ashley Goldman at agoldman@wiltonlibrary.org or 203-762-6323. Tickets are $125 per person and a portion of the ticket price is tax deductible. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
