Two Motorists Severely Injured After Head-On Collision: Wilton PD
The Georgetown Fire Department was called to extricate both drivers from their cars.

WILTON, CT — Two motorists were hospitalized after a head-on collision Friday morning.
Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident early Friday in the area of Danbury Road and New Street. When they arrived on the scene they found that Dominick Richards, 21, of Stamford, who had been driving a Chevy Cavalier southbound on Danbury Road, had crossed over into the northbound lane. He struck a Chevy Malibu traveling north being driven by Dorene Suggs, 55, of Norwalk, according to the police report.
The Georgetown Fire Department was called to extricate both drivers from their cars.

Richards and Suggs were transported to Norwalk Hospital with life threatening injuries
The accident remains under investigation by the Wilton police, and the road was shut down for four hours during the investigation.
