Weather's Holding for Celebrate Wilton Weekend
With events scheduled all over town and torrential downpours on Friday, gray skies aren't dampening people's spirits or turnouts.
After some seriously wet weather yesterday, perhaps appropriately gray and somber for the 8th anniversary of September 11, the skies are brighter and the library's abuzz with people today.
Wiltonians are out in full force for the Children's Book Sale, buying snacks outside from a Rotary Club contingent and even trying their hand at Rock Band, a video game set up in the Brubeck Room on the big screen.
The library's events are just part of the fun of Celebrate Wilton weekend, and there are a host of other things taking place in the next day and a half. If today is any indication, they're sure to be well-attended and a great time.
