WIFE.org Presents Second Saturday: A Divorce Workshop for Women
Saturday, February 14th at Southport Congregational Church Library, 524 Pequot Avenue, Southport, CT
On the 2nd Saturday of every month, WIFE.org presents A Divorce Workshop for Women. This nationally acclaimed workshop was created 25 years ago.
This 4 hour workshop is designed to help participants explore the legal, financial and emotional issues of divorce and gain a greater understanding of the process. There are 3 segments led by a family law attorney, a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst/Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. There is a $35 fee. Light refreshments are served.
Second Saturday provides an opportunity for women to acquire non-biased, straight-forward information and options to help them focus on what they need to do legally and financially through this difficult time. The workshop can also save time, grief and money. This workshop is best suited for women contemplating or in the early stages of divorce.
