Wilton-Based Blue Buffalo Files for IPO
The pet food company uses only natural ingredients in their products.
Wilton-based Blue Buffalo Pet Products is filing for an initial public offering worth up to $500 million, the Hour reports via the AP.
According to the hour, the company reported net income of $101.9 million in 2014. Their reported revenue for 2014 was $917.8 million in a form filed on Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol, “BUFF”. According to the hour, the company did not say how many shares it plans on selling.
