Wilton Building And Health Department Records Now Online
Residents may now search, view, and download historical Building and Health Department permits and related documents.
WILTON, CT — Select Building and Health Department records are now available on the Town of Wilton website by visiting Online Access to Building/Health Department Records.
Users may now search, view, and download historical Building and Health Department permits and related documents. As of Jan. 11, the portal includes documents for street names beginning with letters A-N.
Residents may access documents on streets beginning with the rest of the alphabet by contacting the Building Department at building@wiltonct.org. Documents for street names O-Z will be added for online access shortly, according to a news release from the First Selectwoman's Office.

The Wilton Land Use Department began work late in 2021 to digitize and provide online access to historical Building and Health Department permits that were being stored on microfiche at the Town Annex. Last year, the Wilton Town Clerk completed the scanning of all its land records which are now available online for review and download through COTT SystemsMore information is on the Town of Wilton website.
The town has engaged Scan-Optics LLC of Manchester, CT to provide scanning services.
