Stroup tells Patch why he should be elected to the Board of Finance

WILTON, CT — The 2019 municipal election is heating up in Wilton and there are plenty of races with candidates eager to serve in elected office.
Wilton Patch asked candidates to answer questions about their campaigns and will be publishing candidate profiles as election day draws near.
Chris C. Stroup, 58, is running for a seat on the Board of Finance as an unaffiliated candidate. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania an MBA in finance/organizational behavior from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University. He and his wife Catherine have two children. Stroup has been chairman & CEO of Wilton Re since its founding in 2004, and has served a four-year term on the Board of Education.
