Wilton Encourages Residents To Complete FY2025 Budget Survey

Are the proposed increases in the Board of Education and Board of Selectmen budgets too much, or not enough? Give your feedback here.

In advance of their budget deliberations, the Board of Finance is asking residents to complete a survey to provide feedback on the FY2025 proposed 4.9% increase in the Board of Education budget, 4.1% proposed increase in the Board of Selectmen budget, and the 24.1 proposed mill rate. Their survey is available online here or downloadable from the town website here. Responses must be received by March 29th at 5pm ET.

Downloaded surveys can be sent to the Board of Finance at boardoffinance@wiltonct.org.

Options to learn more about the proposed budgets:
  • Review the submitted Board of Education budget here and submitted Board of Selectmen budget here.
  • Review the Board of Finance meeting agendas and watch videos of the meetings, as well as the videos of the public hearings (when available the day after the hearing) on this page.

Options to provide feedback about the proposed budgets and mill rate:
  • Complete the Board of Finance survey online or by downloading the survey here and emailing it to the Board of Finance. Responses must be received by March 29th at 5pm ET
  • Email the Board of Finance at boardoffinance@wiltonct.org
  • Provide public comment at the public hearings on March 18th at 7pm ET (Board of Selectmen) and March 20th at 7pm (Board of Education). Both hearings will take place at the Middlebrook Auditorium.
