Wilton to Get New Elementary School Principal
Greenwich Special Education Program Coordinator Kathryn Coon will become a principal in Wilton.

GREENWICH, CT- Special Education Program Coordinator Kathryn Coon has accepted a position with the Wilton Public Schools.
She will become principal of Miller-Driscoll Elementary School effective July 1.
Coon has been with Greenwich Public Schools since 1995 as a special education teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal and district program manager for elementary special education.

“Kudos to Kathy for her two decades of excellent, dedicated and spirited service to thousands of Greenwich students and families," said Superintendent Bill McKersie. "She has had a life changing impact on so many. We will miss her, but we are thrilled she has landed a principalship in Wilton, a top-flight sister district."
The search for a Greenwich new program coordinator will begin promptly.
