Wilton Man Accused Of Blocking Vehicle, Restraining Victims: Police
Police said the incident stemmed from a dispute.
WILTON, CT — A Wilton man is accused of using his vehicle to block another car and preventing its occupants from leaving during a dispute over an item allegedly taken from an estate sale, according to police.
The arrest stems from a May 30 incident on Linden Tree Road, the Wilton Police Department said.
According to police, the driver used a vehicle to block the path of another vehicle, causing it to stop abruptly. Police said the driver then became verbally abusive and prevented the occupants from leaving while accusing them of taking an item from an estate sale.
