Wilton Man Charged with DUI: Police

WILTON, CT --- Police are reporting that a Wilton motorist, driving under the influence, rolled his car over then fled the scene of the accident.

While responding to a report of a car rollover on Saturday, April 28, police say that John Underwood, 22, of 76 Sturges Road in Wilton, ran into nearby woods. When he returned, police gave him a sobriety test, which they say he failed.

Underwood was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, operating too fast for conditions, evading responsibility and failure to keep right in a curve.
