Wilton Man Found Dead in His Apartment
Police discover a deceased resident unexpectedly.

After receiving a report that a Wilton man did not show up for work on Oct. 29, police were asked to investigate his residence.
Upon arriving at the 3 Hubbard Road (Wilton Arms) home, they found Charles O'Neill, 63, deceased on the floor of the apartment.
O'Neill reportedly had some previous medical conditions which police say may have contributed to his passing.

"He appeared to have died of natural causes," said Wilton Police Lieutenant Don Wakeman. "We spoke to the medical examiner's office and they declined to do an autopsy [because the cause of death was not suspicious]."
Wakeman said O'Neill had been living along in Wilton and that his nearest family members, who currently reside in Norwalk, were notified shortly after his body was discovered.
