Wilton Police Arrest Log For Aug. 7 - 13

WILTON, CT — A Wilton resident was charged with DUI after finding him unconscious in his truck.
Police found the 36-year-old Linden Tree Road man on Sunday shortly before 6 p.m. According to their report, he was unconscious, parked diagonally in the intersection of Linden Tree Road and Wild Wood Drive in a black 2017 Chevy Silverado.
During the investigation, police say they could smell alcohol on his breath and person, and see an open bottle of vodka in the passenger seat of the truck. They also reported finding several empty vodka bottles behind the passenger seat.

Police say the man's blood alcohol concentration was 0.2058. In Connecticut, drivers with a BAC of .08 or higher are considered legally impaired.
Police released the man on a $260 bond and scheduled him to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Aug. 25.
